Along with advising numerous non-profit and for-profit entities in various corporate and compliance issues, Mr. Amgad A. Awad focuses on Real Estate law, Health Care law and Litigation (trial).

Mr. Awad received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UCLA in 1983.  From 1984 to 1998, Mr. Awad served as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Los Angeles-based companies which managed numerous medical clinics and surgery centers in the Los Angeles area.

While working full time, in 1998, Mr. Awad earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles, California.  Mr. Awad serves (and has served) on numerous boards of non-profit organizations, including Coptic Legal Foundation, an organization he co-founded with his brother, Akram.  Mr. Awad, who grew up in the southern California area, is conversant in Arabic and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
